Murdoc is the antagonist(bad guy) in this, and most of their songs. The song Feel Good Inc. is about the risk people take and emptiness they feel when they fill their lives with meaningless sex and cheap thrills that will make them "feel good" quicker. So Murdoc isn't meant to be "cool."
